My story is rooted in a love for trees, but it grew from something deeper: a belief that the tree care industry could be better. Safer. More people focused. More purpose driven.

I’ve spent my career in the tree care industry, wearing just about every hat you can imagine from climbing and crew leadership to sales and operations. I’ve worked with some of the best, learned from the hardest lessons, and seen what happens when pride or profit come before people and trees. That’s not the kind of legacy I wanted to leave.
 
So, I partnered with Quality Landscaping Inc and started The Quality Tree Inc. with a clear mission: to put trees and safety before everything else, to lead with humility and integrity, and to build a team where people don’t have to choose between doing great work and living a full life.
 
I believe in building a company that values the health of the tree just as much as the health of the person caring for it. We don’t chase the quick dollar. We don’t take unnecessary risks. We focus on high-quality, ethical tree care and on creating a workforce that’s proud, supported, and respected.
We’re here to elevate the standards of the industry, to mentor the next generation of arborists, and to prove that tree care can be professional, personal, and profoundly meaningful.
